Antelope Park is just south of Gweru and accessible from the main road to Bulawayo. Birding can be done around the area and on Ngamo Dam where you can find waterbirds on a canoe. The woodlands have much acacia and you can look for species that favour these drier habitats. It is worth searching for bustards and Secretarybird in the grasslands. Various raptors and vultures have been found in the area. Details of their activities can be found on their website.
